NOTTINGHAM, MD—Cathryn Beichley, a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, has been recognized as the 2025 School Psychologist of the Year by the Baltimore County School Psychologists’ Association. Beichley, who has been a dedicated employee of Baltimore County Public Schools since 2006, currently serves students at both Martin Boulevard and Pot Spring elementary schools.
